Do you build nationwide?
Yes. We build locally in Prescott, AZ and can ship/install anywhere in the U.S.
What sizes do you build?
Common sizes include 20ft and 40ft, plus custom multi-container concepts depending on scope.
What does “defeatured” mean for the $25k tiny home?
Same floorplan, but simpler finishes, basic fixtures, and budget-friendly appliance choices to reduce cost.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes—many options can be upgraded during the build. Tell us what matters most and we’ll price it transparently.
Pricing & Timeline
How much do builds cost?
Our defeatured 20ft tiny home and 20ft bar start around $25k. Custom builds are quoted per scope.
What affects final price the most?
Finish level, systems (HVAC/plumbing/electrical), delivery logistics, and local requirements.
How long does it take?
Timelines vary by project complexity and queue. We’ll provide an estimate after a short discovery call.
Do you offer shell-only?
Yes—shell-only scopes can reduce cost if you plan to finish part of the work yourself.
Delivery & Site Prep
How does delivery work?
We coordinate with transport carriers. You’ll need reasonable site access and a plan for placement (crane/forklift as required).
Do I need a foundation?
Most installs require a prepared pad or foundation appropriate to the design and local requirements.
Can you help with utilities hookups?
We can advise on what’s needed for water/sewer/electric. Final connections are typically done onsite after placement.
Do you install in remote/off-grid locations?
Often yes, depending on access. Off-grid goals can be supported with solar system design options.
Permitting & Solar
Do you help with permitting?
Yes—we provide documentation and guidance to help you navigate local requirements. Final approval is always up to your jurisdiction.
Can I hire you for solar only?
Yes. We offer residential solar system design and installation, including battery options.
Can solar be integrated into a container home build?

Do you offer batteries?
